  • Close to 4 stars but there are obvious software flaws

Netflix works great and even allows you to play series in sequence automatically. The smart TV features become useless due to a single critical oversight. You can't change picture settings outside of default modes for netflix, vudu. This would be fine if it weren't oversaturated with blues dropping into green making the overdone brightness painful to watch. I spent an hour trying to adjust custom picture mode going back into netflix to see no change in custom. I then realized its custom.mode for netflix is default only. This is such a shame and makes all smart TV video look horrible. There is no option to adjust tint for inputs so you have to drop them out of default cool mode to normal.I have two LGs and the picture is very superior. This TV I believe could be close to 90% their quality if they provided the ability to edit picture settings properly. I see the reduction in choices to be an insult to the consumer, as they are saying you are too dumb to setup a smart TV, let's make everyone look weird so it catches their eye in the store .
